Senior Spotlight: What Was Your Favorite Class in High School?

May 22, 2015

With the school year winding down, Lion Tales asked several senior Lions to name their favorite class from their entire four years of high school. This is what they had to say.

It’s a very hard decision between McKenzie and Ishimoto, but I would have to choose Mr. McKenzie[‘s band class] because I respect and appreciate how hard he works and his commitment to his class.

Honors Physics with Mr. Clark junior year was a great class. He was a really good teacher and was super good at physics. I also really liked Ms. Arreola’s class, and then Calculus.

I really liked Pike’s U.S. History class. It was rad. He was just a good teacher and I enjoyed coming to class every day.

Physics during junior year. Mr. Clark made it fun by doing all these experiments during class that made learning interesting. This year, probably Calculus, because it’s fun. Mr. Ishimoto made it fun.

AP Psychology, I guess, because of the academic discussions we had. It helped us apply the material to everyday life.
