Masquerade Dance
Good company and great music, come dance the night away at Lincoln’s first ever Masquerade Dance.
The Masquerade Dance will be held this Friday, March 6 in the Main Gym — doors will open at 7pm. The dance is scheduled to end at 10pm.
It is recommended to dress semi-formal, in black and white clothes. Masks must be worn to the dance and will not be provided at the event — you MUST get your own.
Tickets cost $5 and can be bought after school and at the door on Friday. Mrs. Phillips has offered to buy the first twenty tickets, so the first twenty people earned free entrance.
A new DJ, SOS, will be playing at Lincoln for the first time ever. SOS has DJd at other events at schools such as Pioneer and Leland. Mrs. Philips said, “all the kids rave him.” The DJ is in control of the lights as well as the music, and intends on putting up projections with lights.
If Lincoln does not have enough attendees for this dance, the night rally will be cancelled. Lincoln’s leadership is hosting a night rally to end March Madness. It will be held on March 27. The night rally will have a performance by Convertibles, male cheerleaders, and many more activities.
