2015 Back to School Dance
On August 28th, 2015 Lincoln High had its first back to school dance in the large gymnasium. The dance was full of excitement, fun, and enthusiastic students. Throughout the hard start to the year, the dance was a way for Lincoln’s students to relax and comfortably enjoy themselves through music and friends.
Despite the warm August weather, students were provided with cooling refreshments of ice cream, water, and pizza. Jahel Marin a sophomore at Lincoln high, said the dance was a “really fun time.” Jahel enjoyed the new experience of not having a DJ at the dance. The fun, pumped-up music and dramatic fog machine added extra excitement to the dance.
