Last Minute College Application Workshop is Coming
Attention all Seniors! Your last opportunity of attending a college application workshop is fast approaching. Counselors will be available to help you with the application process at the Media Center, Saturday, November 14, from 9:00AM – 1:00PM.
Margaret Isied, Career Center Academic Counselor here at Lincoln, detailed the event in an e-mail: “All of the academic counselors, our DCAC adviser, as well as a few volunteers will be attending to help assist students with their application and personal statements. It will be an open computer lab session with assistance available to all students that attend.”
Please don’t take this opportunity for granted. For all us Seniors, it’s getting to the point in our lives where we have to start being more independent. Once we’re in college, nobody is going to be there to hold our hands and guide us to graduation.
Fliers for the workshop are up throughout campus and also on the school website. Feel free to go to the career center if you have any questions regarding the workshop. Make sure to show up if you need any help!
