This weeks Pet of the Week is going to be something a little different.  This time, we have a team of two: a dog and a cat. Lady, the dog, is a Rhodesian Ridgeback crossed with a Red Nose Pit Bull.  Her best friend is a feline named Tiggr, which reminds me of the Tigger from Winnie the Pooh.  Every night, Tiggr jumps up on the bed and gives Lady  goodnight kisses and cuddles up to her to get some warmth as she sleeps.

LeiLina, a reporter here at Lion Tales, mentioned that Pitbulls from her perspective have this ugly reputation as vicious animals, but is just a dumb stereotype that isn’t even an accurate representation of the innocent Pitbulls who don’t get recognized for their down to earth true loving characteristics. This dog acts like a lady, not a killing machine that her breed is feared to be. As for Tiggr, he is very affectionate to Lady and LeiLina, covering them with love with his body, disguising his terror of everything else.  If you ask me, now that’s a Scaredy Cat.
