SAT: Not as Bad as Students Thought
The SAT, which students take to get into college, is a test that measures the reading,writing and math levels of juniors and seniors in high school.
On Wednesday March 1st, 2017 all juniors in Lincoln where required to take the test. The test began at 8 am and ended at 1 pm. It was a tough day for the juniors because the results will determine or affect which colleges they get into.
Lincoln Lion Tales asked some of the juniors the following questions:
What did you do to be prepared for this test?
How do you think you did?

“I made sure to start studying with enough time and the night before to refresh my mind”-Angelina Palafox
“I studied a lot, went to sleep early the night before and ate a good breakfast” -Isabel Mendoza
“Studied of course, a lot. Also made sure to get a good night sleep the night before”-Aileen Wise
“I was so nervous but at the end of it I realized it wasn’t so hard and I’m feeling pretty confident that I did well”-Jena Refuerzo
“I think it wasn’t as bad as I thought it would be so I would say I did pretty good” -Nayeli Jimenez
“Some parts were harder than others, I don’t really know but I hope I did good” -Bryan Pantoja
