Steps 2017!!
On Friday April 21 , Lincoln’s performing arts department put together an amazing show and amazed the audience all weekend at the Mexican Heritage Plaza. Our Steps was a weekend full of excitement and joy for both performers and parents as the Lincoln Performing Arts program danced all weekend April 21st, 22nd and 23rd. It was a stressful and fun moment for every performer, though they all had to commit to long hours of rehersals that week they all poured their hearts out on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
The groups for this years steps were Beginning, Intermediate, and Advanced Dance, Beiginning, Intermediate, and Advanced Folklorico, Xochtil, and Lincolns Convertibles. For every night they had two seperate shows with a fifteen minute intermission in between. They spent so many hours and poured their hearts out for this show and really blew the roof off!
