How to Reset Your SJUSD Password
Students are aware that passwords for their SJUSD accounts has been changed. The passwords may be complex and easily forgotten. That can be changed!
Here are the steps that need to be taken if you want to reset your SJUSD password.
First, go to—-> https://iforgot.sjusd.org
Once you’ve pressed that link, this will appear…
If you haven’t yet enrolled into SJUSD SSRPM (San Jose Unified Password Management), which many of you haven’t unless you talked to Mr. By, you will click on “First Time Account Activation”.
After clicking that, this will appear…
For User, you will enter s(student ID number).
For Password, you will enter the new password which was supposed to given to you by your teacher. If you have lost or forgotten your password given by your teacher, you can obtain it in Student Services.
Example:
User: s1234
Password: l9Mijv
Once you’re done filling the User and Password in, click on “Continue“.
Then this will appear…
Pick questions you will remember the answer to. After you’ve chosen your three questions and you’ve given an answer, press Enroll.
Then this will appear.. congratulating you for enrolling.
Now you will click on “Home”.
Once you click on home, it will take you back to the home page, which in case you forgot looks like this…
This time you will click on “Reset Your Password”. Once you do so, this will pop up…
For User, enter s(student ID number).
For example: s1234
After you enter your user, this will appear…
These are the questions you chose and answered when you were enrolling. Answer the questions and click on “Reset Password”
Once you’ve clicked on reset password, now this will appear…
Fill in the new password you want that must be at least 5 characters long and then click on “Reset Password.”
Congratulations! You have successfully reset your password for SJUSD.
