This March, Lincoln is holding a series of competitions between classes called “March Madness”. Events will include dodge-ball, Gladiator battles, chariot racing, and Capture the Flag. Check back on this page for all your event coverage as we watch how the friendly competition unfolds!
Gladiator Battles:
On the first day of Gladiator Battles on the pool deck, the pool-noodle jousting weapons quickly broke down in the first round. Subsequent competitors went on to battle each other with what resembled oven mitts. Suspiciously, students were also prevented from leaving or entering the pool deck during the event, finding themselves locked in by the gate and the teacher who guarded it. Who knows? Maybe that was to prevent people from coming in and pouring yellow jello mix into the pool (the perfect crime).
