Whip of the Week: Jesse Galvan’s Camero SS
The Whip of the Week will feature, every week, a car that is driven by a Lincoln student. Does your car have what it takes to be the “Whip of the Week?”
For Lion Tales’ first #WhipOfTheWeek, we present to you Jesse Galvan’s Chevy Camaro SS. It is by far, in the opinion of the Lion Tales staff, the nicest looking car in the parking lot across the street on Dana Ave.
Here’s the rundown and specifications of the Chevy Camaro SS:
The Camaro SS has a 6.2-liter V8 that can be had in two forms depending on transmission selection. When coupled with the six-speed automatic transmission, the SS is good for 400 horsepower and 410 lb-ft of torque will return 16 city, 24 highway miles per gallon. Opting for the automatic will raise the highway figure to 25 mpg.
This car stood out and was featured as the first “Whip of the Week” because of the features (dual mufflers, silver color, and comfortable, leather seats), engine, and the sound of the exhaust when it roars down Dana.
This 2014 Chevy Camero SS is the first car to be featured in “Whip of the Week.”
