Breakfast is a very important part of the day. We since young age, as middle schoolers, then as high schoolers are educated in class, through seminars and through our parents, that we must eat breakfast. Did you know that if you eat a lot but only once or twice a day, then you will gain weight faster, then if you eat moderately but divided into three or four different meals? According to many researches, and experiments, we have discovered that students who eat breakfast in the morning before school are more likely to get a better grade in class, and generally perform better than those that don not east breakfast on the morning.
Making breakfast is not really that hard, it is easier then many people think, and definitely is worth you not having an empty and growling stomach in class. And it tastes amazing, as well as gives you full energy boost. Think of yourself as a battery and the food the energy, so if you it you are charged and ready to start your day successfully.
Below are some of the healthier and easier breakfast ideas, that you can make on your own at home.
1) Poached eggs
Poaching if you did not know is simmering in liquid. The delicious poached eggs comes from the Scandinavian cuisine, and though many say how hard it is to make poached eggs it is quiet simple, although it does require precise timing. All you have to do is crack the eggs and gently slide them into the simmering water. 2) Smoothie bowl
This amazing breakfast is easy to make as well as diverse. You can make it from almost anything. Strawberry, blueberry, blackberry, banana, mango, avocado, carrots, etc. And can also be topped with crackers, nuts, seeds everything. (Here is the recipe)
3) Egg sandwich

5) Mushroom, spinach and Swiss scramble
One of the healthiest scrambles, it will make you fall in love with spinach even if you completely hate it. Just wash up some mushrooms and spinach really well, slightly fry them, add some other vegetables if you would like, but ideally it is important to keep the scramble just limited to Spinach and mushrooms, it is what makes the recipe so special. 8) Breakfast bread pudding
It is said that the bread pudding dates back to the 11th and 12th centuries, as frugal cooks looked for ways to use leftover stale, or the left over bread instead of letting it go bad. There are various ways of making this, and is sometimes eaten as a desert as well. 9) Chia seed pudding breakfast
Chis seeds are packed with nutrients and protein. You can cook Chia seeds with coconut milk, or plain milk, you can cook them with other grains, like bulgur and quinoa, also you can just mix uncooked Chia seeds with Greek yogurts and some fruits, it all depends on your taste.
