Club Day Gathers Student Interest
The majority of Lincoln’s student population showed up to Club Day during lunch on Tuesday. For most, the draw was the food, which was sold to raise funds for club activities, or in the case of Make-A-Wish club, for kids with life-threatening diseases.
There was a large variety of food, ranging from 50 cents to $2, so people could try multiple items and not break the bank. Food sale was a success, since many clubs quickly sold out of the food they brought. Most clubs had masses of students in front of their tables, either interested in signing up or just wanting to take a quick bite.
