Rainy Day Style

LHS Lion Tales / Sarah J Carilli
As we all know, San Jose has not been short of rain these past couple weeks. Here are some style tips and outfit ideas for these upcoming rainy days:
- Umbrellas to protect yourself from the the wind and rain.
- Layering makes it easy to stay warm indoors without overheating.
- Overcoats provide a rain proof cover so you don’t get soaking wet.
- Boots ensure your feet stay warm and are comfortable while walking.
- A hooded item protects your head from getting wet and keeping your ears warm.
- Dark colors so it is not too noticeable if the rain hits you!
Although this dark and cold weather may be a damper on what we can do outdoors, there are plenty of things to do on a rainy day. For example you could have a movie day, you could do some baking, go to a museum, or even go jump in the puddles. Make sure to stay dry and warm this rainy season!
