The teams have been made for the Lincoln girls volleyball team. It was a hard two weeks of tryouts for volleyball girls, Varsity player, Aimee Ramos said, “conditioning is getting harder.” Aimee, as well as returning player Angelina Palafox said they were motivated by their “ teammates, friends, and coach.” Freshman volleyball player, Isabel Hernandez started the year off with the accomplishment of making the JV team, and believes that her “teammates are more like family,” and when she is with them they make her feel like she is a part of something. This is important that students feel the sense of community and comfort.

Varsity coach, Hanah Kim likes what he saw and is continuing to see on the court, he sees many hard working players and girls that want to play. So far, from what Lincoln Lion Tales has been seeing, we believe it’s going to be a positive and exciting season for Lincoln high school girls volleyball team.
