Lincoln Boys Varsity Tennis Game @ San Jose High

Lion Tales attended the Lincoln boys’ varsity tennis game at San Jose High School on Wednesday, March 30, 2016. Arriving at the tennis courts, the players started their matches. Evan Bueno — Freshman — played the most intense match alongside his teammates. Some 2-player team matches took place as well: Mario Gonzalez — Junior, played alongside Julian Dykstra — Junior, meanwhile Fabian Sandoval — Junior, played alongside Edgar Garcia — Junior. Alberto Hernandez — Junior, says that Gonzalez is an intense player, and that Bueno is the best player on the team.

Lincoln lost this game 5-2. Their current record is 7 wins and 4 losses.
Lion Tales interviewed Alberto Hernandez — Junior. Hernandez says that it’s his first year playing tennis on a real team. He enjoys playing alongside his teammates out on the courts, and explains how everyone has unique and charming personalities. Hernandez’ teammates say that he is a great tennis player; he is a great addition to the team.
