Luis Colin is a San Jose native. He is a senior attending Lincoln High School, and will be covering the “Lincoln News” beat for the newspaper. As a freshman beginning high school, he considered performing as a musician in the school band. As the years went by, he found a new passion for athletics. Luis enjoys playing for the school’s varsity football team as an Offensive Guard and Defensive Tackle. He is a role model to his three younger siblings, who sadly don’t attend Lincoln but one day will. Luis dreams of going to UCLA to further advance his education as a Bruin. He is a sports fanatic, standing by his favorite professional teams, the Oakland Raiders and Chicago Bulls, and representing them with pride. He is an excited young adult working hard to get his driver’s license. Luis is proud to graduate this year and start his new life in the real world.
